While searching for ways to cope, I found myself drawn to drawing, of all things! I realized that even though I wasn't "good" at it in the traditional sense, the act of creating art brought a sense of exhilaration, peace, and happiness. The patience and attention to detail required were incredibly soothing, and I found solace in the process.
